RETURN POLICY
You may return new, unopened decks of Dognostication Cards (decals are not returnable) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. You will also receive a refund for return shipping costs if the return for defective or faulty decks of Dognostication Cards. A return form is included with your order for your convenience. If you return only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed a per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee. Decks of Dognostication cards purchased from other sellers must be returned directly to that seller. Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process returns through PayPal once they arrive at The Sanity Patrol Press. Send returned items to:

Please be sure to supply the correct shipping address because returns resulting from an incorrect /undeliverable address supplied by the customer will be charged shipping fees. Returns resulting from the customer refusing delivery will also be charged shipping fees.

We use the information you provide to process orders and send periodic email to let you know about enhancements to the Dognostication Cards and new products of The Sanity Patrol Press. Upon receipt of any email received from thesanitypatrol.com or dognosticate.com, feel free to reply and request having your personal information removed from our database.
